Dr Laura Roberts is joined by Professor Douglas Noordsy, M.D., from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, to discuss his book Lifestyle Psychiatry (2019) which examines the impact of lifestyle interventions -from exercise, yoga, and tai chi to mindfulness and meditation, diet and nutrition, and sleep management- on psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, and addiction.
